Refunds Policy

Exquisite Blue Judi Designs offers a 14 day replacement guarantee. All customers within Australia must have their items returned to us within 14 days of receiving their order. International customers must have re-posted their orders within 12 days of receipt of order. Please note however that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and customer pays for return postage. Any returns will incur a normal postage cost of about $8 domestically and higher internationally.

Goods must be in brand new unused condition. Management reserves the right to reject returns if it appears that goods have been worn, bent or otherwise damaged, including scratches, scuff marks etc. In cases where goods are found to be in these conditions, they will be shipped back to the customer, and the customer will be notified.

Postage

Postage and handling throughout Australia will normally cost $10.00 (registered mail) and will be mailed within 7 days of payment. Large items depending on the size to be advised at time of sale.

Stock Availability



Exquisite Blue Judi Designs does not guarantee that all items advertised on this website will be available. In some cases items may not be available in the correct size, colour, etc. However we will endeavour to fulfill your order whenever possible to the best of our ability. If your order cannot be processed for some reason we will communicate with you by email to find a solution to the problem.
